Engineering Process

A repeatable five-stage process applied to every engineering engagement — from feasibility through to commissioned delivery.

// 5-stage process

Analysis → Design → Prototype → Testing → Deployment

1
Analysis
Requirements gathering, constraint mapping and feasibility assessment.
2
System Design
Architecture, interface specification and engineering drawings.
3
Prototype
Functional prototype or proof-of-concept for high-risk components.
4
Testing
Verification against specification — bench, factory and acceptance testing.
5
Deployment
Commissioning, training and operational handover with documentation.

Methodology Notes

Documentation discipline

Every decision is captured in version-controlled engineering notes — traceable from requirement to deployed component.

Independent review

Critical calculations and architecture choices are reviewed by a second engineer before sign-off.

Risk-led prioritisation

Effort is concentrated on the highest-risk subsystems first — typically interfaces, novel components and safety-critical paths.

Standards & Compliance

Our engineering practice aligns with applicable Czech and European standards (ČSN / EN / ISO) relevant to each project sector. Specific compliance scope is agreed at project initiation.
