2. Data We Collect

When you submit the contact form we collect: name, company, email address, sector, project type and the content of your message. We do not collect data from passive browsing beyond the technical session cookie required for the language switcher.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

Personal data submitted via the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless the inquiry leads to a contractual engagement, in which case the retention period applicable to commercial records under Czech law applies.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests should be addressed to info@awensoftwaresro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ).

6. Cookies

We use one session cookie (PHPSESSID) for site operation and store a single localStorage flag (awen_cookies) to remember that you have acknowledged this notice. No analytics or tracking cookies are set.
